Mindfulness Stress Reduction Program
Laura is a certified Mindfulness Facilitator through Mindfulness Without Borders. She offers 8-12 week programs which provide tools and resources to navigate the emotional ups and downs of everyday life with greater resilience and balance. Through these evidence based programs, members learn practical tools and cultivate practices which help to lower stress and anxiety, and increase emotional intelligence.
Participants emerge with a stronger sense of self, purpose, and overall well-being.

Weekly Meditation Reset
Meditation has been shown to improve mood, increase focus and concentration, and overall increase feelings of wellbeing. These weekly meditations will enable employees to develop resilience to change, stress, and burnout. They foster a culture of wellbeing and self care, enabling people to get together in a safe space. These guided meditations will explore a different technique every week, such as working with the breath, loving kindness and compassion, bodyscan, and working with difficult emotions. Sessions are followed by an optional discussion space.
8 Week Stress Reduction Program
During this program participants will learn a variety of tools to help them navigate stressful events and anxiety in their lives with greater resilience and clarity. Laura takes a holistic approach weaving in nutrition, lifestyle practices, and stress reduction tools including mindfulness meditation. During our time together participants will get the tools and support they need to help reduce stress and anxiety in a sustainable and comprehensive manner, while fostering meaningful connections.
